Refund & Return Policy
At Cool Solution, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, because our business involves technical labor and mechanical components, the following policy applies to all refunds and returns.
1. Service Charges (Labor)

Inspection Fees: The initial visit/diagnostic fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the suggested repair.

Completed Repairs: Once a service (e.g., Jet Pump Wash or Installation) has been completed and signed off by the client, the labor charges are non-refundable.
2. Spare Parts (Returns)

Unused Parts: If you purchase a spare part from us but decide not to have it installed before the technician begins work, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. The part must be in its original, unopened packaging.

Installed Parts: Once a part (e.g., a Capacitor, Fan Motor, or PCB) has been installed and operated in your AC unit, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Defective Parts: If a part installed by us fails within its warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. No cash refunds will be issued for defective parts; only replacements are provided.
3. Gas Charging

Refrigerant Gas: Gas charging is a consumable service. Once the gas has been pumped into your system, it cannot be "returned" or refunded.

Leakage Issue: If gas leaks again due to a failure in our brazing/workmanship within 15 days, we will refill it at no extra cost. We do not offer refunds for gas if the leak is caused by a different part of the AC unit.
4. Cancellation Policy

Scheduled Visits: You may cancel or reschedule your service visit up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no cost.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel while the technician is already at your doorstep or in transit, a minimum visiting charge of ₹250 will apply.
5. Refund Process

Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).

Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Documentation: A valid invoice from Cool Solution is mandatory for all refund or replacement requests.
