Terms & Conditions

By accessing our website or booking a service with Cool Solution, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Cool Solution (the "Service Provider") and you (the "Client").

1. Scope of Service

  • Cool Solution provides AC installation, repair, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and jet pump washing services.

  • A "Service Call" or "Inspection" includes a diagnostic visit. Any required spare parts or additional gas charging will be quoted separately.

2. Quotations and Payments

  • Validity: All quotes provided via WhatsApp, email, or in-person are valid for 7 days.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept UPI (GPay/PhonePe), Bank Transfer, or Cash.

  • GST: Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Service Warranty

  • Repair Warranty: We provide a 30-day warranty on the specific repair work performed. This does not cover unrelated issues that may arise later.

  • Spare Parts: Warranty on spare parts (compressors, PCBs, fan motors) is governed by the respective manufacturer's policy.

  • Exclusions: Warranty is void if the unit is tampered with by a third-party technician after our service.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Access: The client must ensure technicians have safe access to the indoor and outdoor units.

  • Permissions: For apartments or gated communities, the client is responsible for obtaining necessary gate passes or permissions from the Association.

  • Parking: Any parking fees incurred during the service visit shall be reimbursed by the client.

5. High-Rise & Safety Risk

  • If an outdoor unit is located in a hazardous position (e.g., external building wall without a balcony), a "High-Risk Service Charge" may apply for the use of safety harnesses or scaffolding.

  • Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if safety conditions are not met.

6. Parts Replacement & Scrapping

  • All old/replaced parts will be returned to the client unless the client requests us to dispose of them.

  • We do not take responsibility for the performance of "client-provided" spare parts.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cool Solution is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the AC unit or property.

  • Power fluctuations or electrical issues in the building that damage the AC after our service.

  • Water leakage caused by structural defects in the building’s drainage pipes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
